Created in 1980, in the tourist place Hacienda La Colpa, located only 11km from the city of Cajamarca, dedicated to the breeding of dairy cattle, from where we proceed to produce a variety of dairy products, being the manjar blanco our flagship product, which from generation to generation has maintained the traditional process of preparation. More than selling a product, we share our history.
